I had previously purchased these jeans in the light denim wash. I bought them in a store, so I was able to try them on. I had to go up one size to get the right fit. They are very figure flattering and contain just the right amount of stretch for comfort and retention of fabric shape. The slight flare of the boot cut seems to minimize the thighs. I ordered longer length than I usually require (I am under 5'4" and chose regular length)so I could wear a higher heel and give the illusion of a longer, slimmer leg. Hey, we do whatever we can to fuel the illusion! Lipo is beyond my budget, but these jeans are a great value for the look and quality.
